About Me

AI ME

I am a Lead Game Designer with 13 years of experience in the industry. Game design, for me, is the artful creation of systems that transport players into enchanting worlds.

Over the years, I shipped three titles, each a testament to my unwavering commitment to delivering immersive and captivating experiences. From concept to launch, I thrive on challenges and victories, relishing the joy of bringing dreams to millions of players.

Beyond development, I have a particular fondness for cooperative multiplayer action RPGs. Exploring these digital landscapes allows me to revel in shared narratives and the unique camaraderie this genre offers.

Let's work together to craft experiences that transcend the boundaries of pixels.

Personal Projects

Oh, fun! You found my secret hobbyist section

Vampire Survivors - Multiplayer Clone

In this "skinless" Unreal Engine project I recreated my favorite pastime so I can play it with my friends online.

In doing so, I learned a lot about:

Blueprint scripting

• Unreal's networking approach: Replication

Steam's publishing process in order to play online

Nintendo 64 - Wedding Gift

A custom N64 game that runs on the original hardware ("homebrew").

For my best buddy's wedding, I aimed to give a very special gift. We used to play Nintendo 64 games all the time and I wanted to call back to these memories.

The plan was simple, but little did I know that this project would end up taking more than a year and teach me some incredible lessons along the way:

Blender low poly modeling and texturing

• N64 library and tool chain on WSL, programming in C.

• And finally getting the project on an actual N64 cartridge.

WaveRacer

A simple "low poly" aesthetic, hobbyist project I started to learn the ropes of the godot engine.

Includes a couple of fun elements:

Buoyancy physics for the jetski on the water

Low Poly Modeling of the environment and jet ski

Shader & Effects for the weather system, speed effects and water
